The Truth of Sandy's Divorce and Life Afterwards

I finally made it home this afternoon~!~!~!

I had Court on Friday… There is never a dull moment when I take the ex back to Court for his “willful Failure” to pay his Court Ordered Spousal Maintenance…

The hearing was just the Initial Hearing… The ex showed up with his whole posse… There was him, his wife, my oldest daughter, our youngest son, our youngest daughter and her boyfriend… I do not know what he needed them all there for… Moral Support??? I would lean toward, intimidation… That’s my opinion... I will say, I was not intimidated in the least~!~!~! The Court has to offer the Respondent an attorney, because of the “willful failure” accusation… He is facing jail time… The ex tried to present his case… It was funny~!~!~! First of all, you do not present your case at an initial hearing… It just shows stupidity… He spouted off like it was nobody’s business… First of all, he claimed that it was going to cost him $7,500.00 to get the case moved back to The Supreme Court… He went on, that I filed illegally, the first time I filed a “Violation Petition” against him the first time I filed one in Family Court, back in 2007… Now mind you, he had a “good” attorney representing him then… Then he went on to accuse me of “fraud”, “perjury”, of stalking him and his wife in California (that is what he says) and he accused me of threatening a “5 year old little boy” and all the Court had to do was let him make a telephone call and he could let the Court listen to the tape… I had to be respectful of the Court, or I would have busted a gut laughing... He went on to say that I have his medical records and that I showed them to a private investigator, “against the Hippa Law”… He told the Court that he asked for those medical records… Oh yes… He also claims that he has paid me and was not given credit for those payments… Let me say... He tried, again, to bring this Blog into it again… “She has posted pictures online”… I have not committed “fraud”… He must not know the definition of the word~!~!~! “Perjury”??? I have no reason to lie to the Court… He is going to have one hell of a time proving either one of those accusations… He has nothing~!~!~! “Stalking” him and his wife in California??? I don’t know where he gets his information from… Sure, I have gone to California a few times… I have the right to go anywhere I please on vacation… Just because I go to California, doesn’t mean I am stalking him… He must think he is something special… “Threatening a 5 year old boy”??? Come on now~!~!~! I want to hear that so-called tape~!~!~! There is none, because it never happened and he knows it~!~!~! The medical records??? Let’s see, now… Umm, he left me and moved to California in 2005… He left all his belongings at MY house… He returned for Court over one year later… I offered to let him get his belongings… He didn’t… I resided there for another 2 years… He made no attempt to get the things that he left there, thus making all the stuff that he left there “abandoned”… This means I can dispose of them… If he wanted his stuff so badly, he should have taken it with him when he left… As for what I showed the private investigator… Ummm… He has no idea what that private investigator and I discussed… It was just me and the private investigator and his assistant… No one else was there… This Blog… Yes, I have posted pictures online… Lots and lots of them… He tried to get this Blog shut down the day that the Divorce was granted… He couldn’t… He just does not get it… The First Amendment… I have said it over and over, everything that I post on here is the truth and I can back it up with documents… His not getting credit for payment that he made to me??? If he is referring to me not giving him credit for payments made to me, then he is trying to blow smoke up someone’s skirt… I have an accounting of every payment that he made to me… But if he is referring to the Support Collection Unit… I sure hope that he has receipts for every payment made… Now remember… He has not made a payment, none whatsoever in the past 18 months… I do know that there is interest being charged to him for what he owes me… And that interest grows more and more every month… I figure that he came up with this crap because when he got the Summons to appear in Court, the Violation Petition was attached… In that Violation Petition was my accounting figures, which does not include interest, and the figures that the Support Collection Unit has, theirs includes the interest… The interest is charged monthly …

As far as the Supreme Court statement, that he made… I do not know what it would cost him to get this case back in the Supreme Court… I know it only cost me $45.00 to file my Motion… I told the Magistrate, on Friday, that I had file an Order to Show Cause in the Supreme Court, but it was denied because it states in our Stipulation that any future matter needed to be addressed in Family Court… I have the letter, which was filed with the Oswego Count Clerk’s Office, posted below… I would post the Affidavit in Support of Motion for Contempt, but then everything that I plan to use in Family Court, against him, would be out here for him to know… And I cannot let that happen… Maybe after everything is said and done in Family Court… No promises though…

The case was transferred to Monroe County, which is where I live… Monroe County has jurisdiction over the case, because that is where I reside… I am sure that the ex is not pleased with that… Oh well… Now we have to wait for a Court date so that the case can be heard in this County…

After we were done in the Courtroom, I spoke with the worker with the Support Collection Unit… I will not go into what we discussed, that information will come out in time… As my sister, her fiancé and I were leaving the Courthouse, the ex and his posse was all congregated outside… I am sure it was an intimidation tactic… Didn’t scare me none… I expected a confrontation… They surprised me~!~!~! But not for long… I should have known… There is never a dull moment when there is a Court appearance and the ex brings his back-ups… There has been many incidents after Court hearings…

We got into my sister’s fiancé s van and the ex and his posse seemed to think the “race was on”… What do I mean by that??? Well, the ex seemed to be in a hurry to be the first out of the parking lot of the Courthouse… We were behind him… Then the van carrying our youngest daughter, who was riding with her boyfriend had to race to pass up… He’s a race car driver… He cut us off and was all over the road trying to make sure that we did not pass them… I don’t know what that was all about… I assume that they all wanted to get to Mimi’s in Fulton first, thinking that if they stopped there that we wouldn’t… They can go anywhere that they please, to eat and so can we… Just because they stopped there, doesn’t mean that we couldn’t… We said nothing to them… And we had no intention of saying anything to them… We had a nice breakfast… Enjoyed ourselves… Everything went smoothly… They said nothing to us and we said nothing to them… It showed everyone’s maturity… Maturity for awhile anyways… Not for long… We left for our vehicle first… My sister’s fiancé was driving… He decided to drive through the parking lot where the ex and his posse had parked… My sister’s fiancé did not stop his van… He drove through the parking lot and exited it on to Route 481… As we started to drive, there was my 28 year old daughter, 20 year old son (who will be 21 in just a couple of months) and my 47 year old ex “flipping us off”… Totally acting like a “bunch of thugs” from the Southside of Syracuse~!~!~! Flying those “birds” on both hands high… The ex yelled “scumbags”… Oh no~!~!~! My sister’s fiancé pulled right back into the parking lot… The ex tried playing tough guy… His mouth did all the talking… Just talk… He called my sister’s fiancé a “lowlife”… His exact wording was, “you’re a f%#king lowlife for helping that f%#king bitch”. The ex was called a “loser” by my sister’s fiancé… The ex told him to keep running his mouth and he would pull him out of that van… I never said a work… My sister never said a word… My 28 year old daughter tried playing “peace maker”… For what??? We seen her flipping us off, right along side her brother and the ex… She didn’t impress us… Where was our 20 year old son??? Oh… He jumped back behind his father when we pulled back into the parking lot… Do you know what this was all about??? If you do, then you know more than I do… The only reason that I can come up with is, I have a Court Order which orders the ex to pay spousal maintenance every single week… He has not done so since April 10^th, 2008… So, I filed a Violation Petition” against him… My word for him, “Pay what you are supposed to and I will go away”… “If you don’t pay, then I am going to make taking you back to Court my hobby.” It is his choice to make…

Below you will find the letter from the Oswego County Supreme Court… I wanted it back in the Supreme Court in the worse way… I spent hours working on the Affidavit… The ex claims that it is going to cost him $7,500.00 to get it back there… I wonder who he has to buy off to do it…
